Return & Refund Policy

At Ausuda, we strive to ensure that every customer has a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Items purchased during special sale or clearance

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product images.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
